As WCCCD continues to adjust in accordance with the Governor's executive orders, we will conduct Faculty Selection for all disciplines and programs except Nursing and Practical Nursing for the Fall 2020 Semester starting on Friday, June 5, through Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at the Downriver Campus, located at 21000 Northline, Taylor, Michigan. The following schedule reflects the classifications and times that will be observed on those days in support of the selection process.

COVID-19 On-Site Health and Safety Requirements
Social Distancing (Six Feet)
Social Distancing must be at least six feet from one another to the maximum extent possible.
Masks
Masks are required to be worn when you cannot consistently maintain six feet of separation from other individuals in the workplace. (During selection, must be worn at all time)
Hand Washing
Employees are required to wash their hands for the following situations:
· Each time arriving at the campus, you must visit the restroom and wash your hands. This is required before signing in and reporting to your workstation/office/service area.
· Each time when you are leaving the building.
· Before eating any food.
· Each time using the restroom.
· After removal of personal protection gloves.

There are several important items that you must remember regarding selection.
1. All faculty must sign in during the timeframe designated above only.
2. Faculty must be certified to teach the courses they select (If you are not certain about your certifications, please contact Human Resources prior to the event.)
3. Faculty who will begin teaching during the Summer 2020 Semester and have not yet accumulated seniority hours should not attend the selection meeting.
4. Faculty must choose their schedule carefully! After the selection meeting, faculty will not be allowed to modify their schedule.
5. A faculty member who is unable to attend the selection meeting may utilize a proxy. The proxy must make class selections in conformance with teaching load requirements. District and campus administrators will not be allowed to proxy for absent faculty.
To prepare for the selection meetings, there are two other items to note:
o Faculty seniority hours will be available at the AFT Office at (313) 549-5773 beginning Friday, June 2, 2020.
o Faculty may gain access to the Fall 2020 Schedule on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. To access the Fall 2020 Schedule, please follow the steps below:
